These 5 smoothie recipes are quick, delicious, and support glowing skin and lasting energy. Perfect for busy mornings, and easy to fit into any lifestyle.

1. The Green Glow Smoothie 🌿
Why it’s great for your skin: Spinach and cucumber hydrate your skin, while avocado provides healthy fats that keep your skin supple.
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 
1 handful fresh spinach 
- 
½ cucumber 
- 
½ avocado 
- 
1 small apple (green works best) 
- 
200 ml coconut water 
- 
1 tsp chia seeds 
How to make it: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy cold for the ultimate refreshment.
