Are the products cruelty-free and natural?
Many of the brands we proudly feature—including Naïf, Witlof, SMPL Skincare, Visign Nature and Baiobay (and More)—are celebrated for their vegan formulations, cruelty-free practices, and naturally sourced ingredients. Delivery & Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
We aim to make your LievKaart experience seamless from start to finish. Orders placed before 16:00 CET are usually shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands takes approximately 1–2 business days, while European deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details to follow every step of its journey.
What are the shipping costs?
Enjoy complimentary shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €100. For orders below this amount, delivery starts at:
- €3.95 for letterbox shipping
- €5.95 for parcel delivery.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to destination, starting from approximately €7.95.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange products?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and proof of purchase. Returns can be initiated through your account or via our Contact Page.
Please note that Sale items, Gift Cards, and personalised products cannot be returned. Approved refunds are generally processed within 2–7 business days.
