I have to be honest: skincare and I… we've had a love-hate relationship. My cupboard was full of half-empty bottles and jars that were either too greasy or didn't do anything. Until I discovered Skeanbeauty through LievKaart. The brand sounds like a mix between Skin and Clean – and that's exactly their philosophy.

Week 1 – First Impressions
I started with three products: the Essential Cleanser, the Essential Serum, and the Essential Cream.
• Cleanser: super gentle, removes makeup without that tight feeling.
• Serum: light, absorbs in seconds, and doesn't leave a sticky residue. • Cream: rich, but not greasy – just right for my nighttime skincare.
My skin felt instantly more comfortable after cleansing, which was already a win for my sensitive skin.
Week 2 – The ingredients work their magic
I dove into the ingredients list (yes, I'm one of those people).
• Hyaluronic acid – double the molecular size, so both superficial and deep hydration.

Week 3 – Visible change
My skin started to look calmer. Less redness, and those dry patches around my nose were gone. The serum felt like a glass of water for my skin, and the cream provided that little bit of extra nourishment at night. During the day, I applied a separate SPF on top (always do, people).
Week 4 – “Your skin is glowing!”
A friend’s first comment (“Did you get a new foundation?”) was the moment I knew: this works. My skin was smoother, plumper, and simply more radiant. Even makeup looked better.
How I use it now
Morning: Cleanser → Serum → Light day cream/SPF
Evening: Cleanser → Serum → Essential Cream
Simple, three steps, and done. I don’t feel like doing ten more steps, because this simply works.
