Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want your LievKaart experience to feel effortless from purchase to aftercare. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Returns can be initiated conveniently through your LievKaart account or via our Contact Page.
Please note that Sale items, Gift Cards, and personalised products are non-returnable. Once a return has been approved and processed, refunds are generally issued within 2–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
