Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing a LievKaart Gift Card. Please review the following terms regarding the purchase and use of our gift cards.

Purchase & Redemption

LievKaart Gift Cards are issued in Euro (€) and can be redeemed exclusively on LievKaart.com.

Gift cards are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges. To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card code during checkout. If the order total exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Validity

All LievKaart Gift Cards are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will automatically expire and can no longer be redeemed.

Remaining Balance

If the value of your purchase is lower than the available gift card balance, the remaining amount may be retained as store credit on your LievKaart account.

The remaining balance:

  • Can be used for future purchases on LievKaart.com
  • May be used across multiple orders
  • Remains valid within the original 1-year validity period
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Non-Refundable

LievKaart Gift Cards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund
  • Cannot be returned after purchase
  • Cannot be exchanged for another gift card

Any unused balance or store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. LievKaart is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced once issued.

Returns & Refunds

If an order purchased with a gift card qualifies for a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to the original gift card balance or issued as store credit, where applicable. Refunds remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms

LievKaart reserves the right to update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
