    Shipping Information

    During sales and holidays there may be longer delivery times, so please take this into account when placing an order.

    You will receive an email once the order has been shipped, with the tracking number in this email you can then track the package. You can also track your package via My Account. For delivery in the Netherlands, you can choose from the following options:

    Standard Shipping

    Your package will be delivered to the desired address from Monday to Saturday. The shipping costs are €4.95 (DHL) |€ 5.45 (POSTNL) or 6.96 (insured Package), it is free of charge for orders over €100. The delivery person makes one delivery attempt. If you are not at home, you will receive a card in your mailbox. You can also opt for delivery to your neighbors. 

    It is also possible to pick up your order at a PostNL or a DHL Parcel Point. The shipping costs for delivery to a PostNL or a DHL Parcel Point are €4.95 for an order under €100.

    1. LievKaart will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
    2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has communicated to LievKaart.
    3. Taking into account what is stated in Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, LievKaart will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 7 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 14 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer can terminate the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.
    4. After dissolution by the previous paragraph, LievKaart will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer.

    The risk of damage and loss of products rests with LievKaart until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative

    designated in advance and made known to LievKaart unless expressly agreed otherwise.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
