When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 3.30 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.
The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
LievKaart strives to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another product, size or color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
What is your return policy?
Whether it's because the product doesn't meet your expectations or for any other reason, LievKaart wants to make sure you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.
Once you have canceled your order, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. We will then credit you with the full amount of your order, including the shipping costs. However, please note that the costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop will be at your own expense. These costs typically amount to approximately €7.25 per package. We recommend consulting the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates.
When returning the product, please ensure that it is in its original condition and includes all accessories that were originally supplied. If the return is reasonable and meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund promptly.

Shipping
Is the Shipping Free?
Free Shipping Starting at €55 in the Netherlands and €100 in the EU. Shipping fee calculated at checkout. Utilizing various carriers for 1-3 day delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
LievKaart typically ships in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) in the Netherlands. And we strive to deliver your order within 1-5 business days (Mon- Fri) in countries within Europe. For countries outside Europe, please contact us. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! LievKaart ships products to most countries in Europe.
Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
