Shipping & Delivery

At LievKaart, we handle every order with care and ensure your products reach you safely and promptly. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered Monday to Saturday via DHL or PostNL, with shipping costs starting at €4.95 and free shipping for orders over €100. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you’re not home during delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox, or you can choose delivery to a neighbor or a Parcel Point for extra convenience. During sales and holidays, delivery may take a little longer, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

The following rules apply to orders within the EU. 

We ship within 1-2 business days and aim for delivery within 5-7 days, depending on the carrier. We apologize for any delays. You can always reach us via WhatsApp or email if you have any questions; we're happy to help.

Returns & Refunds
